The healthiest grapes are gathered when perfectly ripe, destemmed and pressed, after which are fermented at a temperature of approximately 28°C. The contact of the skins with the must continue for approximately 20 days. This is refinement in the bottle for approximately 12 months.
Color: intense ruby red with purplish reflexes.
Perfume: intense with notes of red forest fruits and spices.
Flavor: well-structured, soft, harmonious and very persistent.
